The quest for new knowledge and the application of knowledge to important societal needs should be part of the life of every institution of higher education. Research, therefore, is essential and not merely an activity supplementary to teaching.

Today, Research has been given significant importance by universities and accreditation agencies. The repute of an Institution depends upon the quality and quantity of research. Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research is an approved Post Graduate Research Centre (PGRC) of Savitribai Phule Pune University – One of the premier Institutes of Higher Learning & Research.

The Research Head, Coordinator, Research guides, Administrative Staff and Library Resources support research students to achieve better research output by providing enabling ecosystem. The institute helps to make a journey of Research more resourceful by offering online sources like – EBSCO, DELNET, NDL, and thousands of books.

The students are motivated and guided to write quality research papers in reputed Journals. The guides and faculties are motivated to apply for various projects because of 12(f) and 2(b) approval. We invite scholars to consider our research center to pursue research.

    Is the MBA Program a Fulltime program?

    Yes, MBA is a 2-year full time program

    Can I work alongside my study?

    Since the MBA program is a fulltime program, students are expected to attend college every day. Students may if they wish, join a part time job without missing on the academics and co-curricular activities of the college.

    Is a student allowed Internship during the program?

    Absolutely. College has a dedicated Training and Placement Office, which provides Internship for registered interested students.

    Is the Admission assured after filling up the Admission Form?

    After the submission of Admission Forms against Vacant Seats, Merit lists are prepared. Admission for MBA courses is based on Merit only and other Government guidelines on reservations.

    What are the Fees of the MBA Program?

    The fees of the MBA Program are as per the Shikshan Shulka Samiti guidelines. For further queries and clarifications, contact the administration office.

    Are ADD ON courses compulsory?
    Is it necessary to Submit assignments and Tutorials?

    Absolutely. Each Assignment, presentation and Tutorials carry marks. Separate passing in Tutorials is essential.

    Is Passing in every Head compulsory?

    Yes. Under the Choice Based Credit System (2019 Pattern), passing separately in each Head is compulsory. Heads imply Internal Examination, Tutorials, External Examination, Viva Voce and Practical where ever applicable. A student will have a backlog if he/ she is unable to secure 40% in each head separately. See the syllabus for further details.
